Surrogacy
Traditional Surrogacy is when the eggs of the surrogate are fertilized with your male partner’s sperm and then the surrogate carries the embryo. There is no genetic link to yourself, only your male partner. A contract will need to be signed and agreed upon that after the birth of the baby, you and your partner will need to adopt the child and have full legal parenting rights.
