Roberta (Bobbie) Rodriguez-Havens, MA Ed.
Bobbie is the Executive Director of Open Path, the Family Building Resource of Northern California and the mother of 2 through domestic open adoptions.   Prior to her work with Resolve and Open Path, she served 22 years as an elementary and secondary school administrator and teacher.

Bobbie is an adoption educator with 5 years of experience facilitating pre-adopt support groups. She has been a presenter at adoption symposiums for Resolve, American Adoption Congress, and Adoption Community of New England.  Her family’s personal experience with male and female fertility issues and adoption allows her to personalize and facilitate the learning process for those looking into various ways to build a family. 

Lisa Stauffer
Lisa is an innovative professional with demonstrated strengths in marketing, brand image, sales, management, and customer service.  After two years working as a volunteer for Resolve, Lisa joined as the Program and Marketing Manager in April 2007.

Lisa is passionate to help educate and support others with her work at Open Path.  Her experience with infertility and adoption give her the insight to help others on their path to family as she and her husband received valuable support during their journey to parenthood. They currently have one child adopted through a domestic open adoption.
